I weave together different therapeutic techniques like CBT, IFS, and EMDR, and draw from expertise in mindfulness, positive psychology, conflict-resolution, social-emotional learning, and yoga. I have over 15 years of experience in education. From classroom teaching to training mental health professionals in trauma-informed practices and how to develop coping skills. My breadth of experience enables me to develop a tailored plan for you so we can deepen awareness of thoughts and behaviors, explore the effects of the past, and reinforce the mind-body connection.
I support individuals in moving through life with more ease, connection and resilience. I specialize in working with adults, particularly men and LGBTQ+ individuals, with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and transition challenges.
